Keep the model operational: opening cash, confirmed inflows, probability-adjusted uncertain inflows, payroll, taxes, vendor commitments, planned purchases and a minimum buffer. Show who owns each assumption.

Separate committed and controllable outflows. Rent and payroll are committed; some purchasing and expansion spending may be movable.
