Terms of Use
The rules governing website use, bookings, events, accounts and participation in the XTribe professional community.
Effective date: 16 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the XTribe website, event bookings, accounts and professional community. By using a service, creating an account, booking a ticket or contributing content, you agree to these terms and any event-specific terms shown before purchase.
1. What XTribe provides
XTribe is an event-led business community for Indian business owners, founders and professionals to exchange practical experience and continue useful conversations beyond the event.
XTribe is not a compulsory referral organisation, lead-distribution service or guarantee of clients, collaborations, referrals, sales or any business result.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally competent to enter the transaction. When acting for a company or attendee, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information, make the booking and accept the terms.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Use your own account and do not impersonate another person or business.
- Protect credentials and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
- Complete reasonable verification or security steps when requested.
4. Bookings and event attendance
Event dates, locations, inclusions, eligibility, ticket tiers and specific cancellation terms are shown on the event page or during checkout.
Unless an event page says otherwise, XTribe events are usually held in the afternoon, generally between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The individual page and booking confirmation control.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or express confirmation of another arrangement. Attendees must follow check-in, safety, venue and conduct instructions.
5. Community access
Eligible attendees may receive ongoing access to the private XTribe community after an XTribe experience. XTribe does not require a recurring community membership fee merely to continue that access. The Community may be supported through clearly labelled advertising, partnerships and other XTribe revenue. Access remains subject to account status, the Community Guidelines, the Code of Conduct, moderation, safety controls and XTribe's right to restrict or withdraw access where reasonably necessary.
6. Business profiles
Members may publish authorised photographs, company logos and professional information. Profiles must be accurate. Do not place sensitive contact or confidential information in member-visible fields.
7. Questions, answers and member content
Published questions and answers may be readable without login, while the signed-out presentation is designed to withhold member profile identity.
You retain ownership of content you create and grant XTribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format, moderate, display and distribute it only as reasonably needed to operate, promote and improve the service and preserve community knowledge.
- Do not disclose information you lack permission to share.
- Do not present unverified claims as established fact.
- Do not use content as disguised spam or mass solicitation.
- Community experience is not a substitute for regulated professional advice.
8. Messages and ratings
Private conversation begins only after the recipient approves a request. Approval does not create an obligation to reply, meet or enter a commercial relationship.
Ratings must reflect a genuine qualifying interaction and may be moderated. Fabricated, retaliatory, coercive or incentive-linked ratings are prohibited.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, stalking or sexual misconduct.
- Forced pitching, repeated unwanted contact, scraping or bulk solicitation.
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading credentials or unlawful claims.
- Malware, credential abuse or attempts to bypass security.
- Publishing private, confidential or copyrighted material without authority.
- Manipulating votes, ratings, attendance, ticketing or payments.
10. Moderation and suspension
XTribe may review, restrict, redact for safety, unpublish, retain as evidence or remove content, and may warn, limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or comply with law.
11. Payments and refunds
Prices, taxes and inclusions are shown before purchase. Refunds and cancellations are governed by event-specific terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Intellectual property
The XTribe name, logo, platform design, event formats, editorial content, software and databases are owned by or licensed to XTribe. These terms do not transfer ownership.
13. Third-party services
Venues, travel providers, hotels, payment providers and external websites may have separate terms. XTribe is not responsible for an external service beyond applicable law or an express written commitment.
14. Disclaimers and outcomes
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. XTribe does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular attendance mix, compatibility between members, accuracy of user content or a business outcome. See the Disclaimer.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTribe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost opportunity or a decision made solely on user-generated content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes, law and jurisdiction
XTribe may update features and these terms. Material changes apply prospectively. These terms are governed by Indian law and, subject to mandatory rights, disputes are subject to courts having competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India.

Use the Contact page for questions and the Grievance Redressal Policy for complaints or appeals.
