ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility Statement

XTribe’s approach to making its website, booking journeys and public content easier to use.

Effective date: 4 August 2026

XTribe wants its website, public information, booking journeys and community interfaces to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We aim to improve alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, while making no claim of complete conformance without a current formal audit.

1. Accessibility goals

  • Clear headings, labels and page structure.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls.
  • Visible focus and reasonable target sizes.
  • Readable contrast and responsive layouts.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Understandable forms and errors.
  • Reduced reliance on colour alone.

2. Documents and media

We aim to provide text alternatives or assistance where a document, video, chart or image is not independently accessible. Some older or third-party material may require remediation.

3. Third-party services

Payment, map, embedded and external services may have limitations outside XTribe’s direct control. We will try to provide an alternative process where reasonably possible.

4. Request assistance

Use the Contact page when you need help accessing event information, completing a booking, understanding a document or using an account feature. Include the page, task, device, browser and preferred format.

5. Report a barrier

Report a missing label, keyboard trap, contrast problem, unreadable document, inaccessible authentication step or another barrier. Issues are prioritised according to severity and impact.

6. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is ongoing. New pages, community features, event materials and integrations should be reviewed during design, release and periodic testing.
