01 · Getting started

Getting started

4 questions
What is XTribe?

XTribe brings Indian founders, business owners and professionals together through thoughtfully curated in-person business experiences and an ongoing private community. Better context helps relevant people recognise one another, start more useful conversations and continue worthwhile relationships when the interest is mutual.

Who is XTribe for?

XTribe is designed for founders, business owners and professionals who want fresh perspectives, useful conversations and stronger professional relationships beyond their usual network, without forced pitching or mandatory referrals.

Is XTribe a formal referral or lead-exchange group?

No. XTribe does not require compulsory referrals, attendance quotas, profession-exclusive seats or mandatory sales presentations. People connect only where the relevance and interest are mutual.

Can I attend an XTribe experience alone?

Yes. Attending alone is completely normal. Hosts explain the format, provide useful context and make it easier to enter conversations at a comfortable pace.

02 · Experiences and timings

Experiences and timings

6 questions
What happens at an XTribe experience?

Participants join a hosted format designed to make relevant people easier to recognise and useful conversations easier to start. The experience may include context-led introductions, a theme or business question and time for natural conversation. The exact audience, venue and format are shown on the individual experience page.

When are XTribe experiences held?

Timings vary by experience. Check the individual experience page for the confirmed date, reporting time, duration and venue.

Where can I check the exact date, time, venue and price?

Open the relevant experience page. Each published experience page should be treated as the source for its confirmed city, date, timing, venue, availability, ticket options and current pricing.

Are food and drinks included in the ticket price?

Inclusions vary by experience. Check the individual experience page to see whether food, beverages or another inclusion is part of the ticket. If an inclusion is not stated, do not assume it is included.

Does XTribe guarantee a particular participant mix or gender ratio?

No participant mix or gender ratio is guaranteed unless the individual experience page explicitly states otherwise. XTribe focuses on curated relevance, respectful participation and a well-hosted experience rather than promising a fixed ratio.

How should I prepare for an XTribe experience?

Review the experience details, arrive at the stated reporting time and be ready to explain what you do, what you can contribute and what you are exploring. Keep it useful and conversational rather than turning the introduction into a sales presentation.

03 · Bookings and tickets

Bookings and tickets

5 questions
How do I book an XTribe experience?

Open the experience page, review the date, venue, ticket options and applicable terms, then follow the booking flow. A place is confirmed only when the required booking and payment steps are successfully completed.

How do I know whether my booking is confirmed?

Check the booking status shown in your XTribe account and the confirmation information issued for the order. When contacting support, include the order, ticket or payment reference so the team can locate the booking accurately.

Where can I find my QR ticket?

A QR ticket is issued for an eligible confirmed booking and can be accessed through the relevant customer account or ticket view. The QR should be presented at check-in without sharing it publicly.

Can I book for more than one person?

Some events provide ticket options for pairs or groups. The event page shows the available ticket types, permitted quantities and current per-person or group pricing.

Why does XTribe ask for attendee and professional information?

Accurate attendee information supports booking, communication, check-in and a more relevant hosted experience. Professional context also helps participants understand what others do without requiring a sales pitch.

04 · Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds

5 questions
What should I do if my payment fails or remains pending?

First check the order status before attempting another payment, because a delayed update can occur. When the status remains unclear, use the Contact page and include the order reference, payment reference and approximate transaction time.

What should I do if I may have paid twice?

Do not submit additional payment attempts. Contact XTribe with the order reference and both payment references so the transactions can be reviewed against the booking record.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancellation eligibility and refund terms can vary by event and ticket type. Review the terms shown for the relevant event and contact XTribe with the order reference when you need the booking reviewed.

How can I check the status of an approved refund?

Use the Contact page and include the XTribe order number, payment reference and any earlier support reference. The team can then review the CRM record and the available payment information without asking you to start the explanation again.

Where should I ask for a payment record or invoice question?

Choose “Payment question” on the Contact page and include the order number. Avoid sending card details, passwords or payment credentials in the message.

05 · Community access

Community access

4 questions
What happens after I attend an event?

Where community access is included, participants can create a professional profile, join business discussions, ask and answer questions and continue mutually wanted conversations after the experience.

How long does community access last?

For eligible attendees, XTribe Community access can continue after the experience without a recurring community membership fee. Access remains subject to account status, Community Guidelines, the Code of Conduct, moderation and safety controls.

What can members do inside the community?

Members can maintain professional context about what they do, what they can contribute and what they are exploring, participate in business discussions, ask business-related questions and request direct conversations where the relevance is genuine.

Is the XTribe community public?

No. The member community is a private environment intended for eligible members. Public Journal articles or event recaps are separate and should use only approved, moderated or anonymised information.

06 · Profiles, messages and ratings

Profiles, messages and ratings

4 questions
What information can other members see on my profile?

Other members can see the information you choose to publish, including your name, company logo, what you do and your city. Your phone number, email address and full office address are not displayed to other members.

Can another member message me directly?

A member may send a direct-message request through XTribe. A private conversation begins only after the recipient approves that request.

How do member interaction ratings work?

Members who have genuinely interacted may optionally rate communication quality and the usefulness of the help they received. Ratings are optional and are subject to moderation and misuse controls.

Can XTribe guarantee clients, collaborations or business?

No. XTribe cannot guarantee a client, collaboration, referral or business result. It creates the conditions for curated relevance, useful conversations, mutual contribution and relationships that participants may choose to continue.

07 · Safety, conduct and privacy

Safety, conduct and privacy

5 questions
What conduct is expected at XTribe?

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, respect personal boundaries, avoid harassment or pressure and follow the host, venue and community rules. Professional disagreement is acceptable; abusive or inappropriate conduct is not.

How do I report a safety, privacy or conduct concern?

Use the Contact page and choose “Safety, privacy or conduct.” Share the relevant facts and any event, order or support reference, but do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for XTribe to understand the concern.

Is information submitted through the Contact page displayed publicly?

No. Contact-form details are used to review and respond to the enquiry and are recorded in the CRM support workflow. They are not displayed on public pages or member profiles.

What information should I never send through support?

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, complete card details, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Send only the information required to identify the booking or explain the issue.

08 · Account and technical help

Account and technical help

4 questions
What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the password-reset option on the customer login page and follow the instructions sent through the configured account-recovery flow. Use the same email address associated with the XTribe account.

What should I check when I cannot log in?

Confirm that you are using the correct account email, check for typing errors and try the password-reset flow. When the problem continues, contact support and describe the error without sending your password.

How should I report a website or checkout problem?

Choose “Technical help” on the Contact page. Include the page you were using, the action you attempted, the visible error message, your browser and the approximate time of the problem.

What happens after I submit the Contact form?

The enquiry enters the XTribe CRM support queue and a reference number is shown after a successful submission. Keep that reference when following up about the same issue.
